Orders

When will my order be shipped?

Unless otherwise stated, delivery within Germany usually takes 3–5 business days. International orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days – each calculated from the date of order confirmation.

Please note: No deliveries will be made on Sundays, public holidays, or during the festival period (July 7–21, 2025).

If you order multiple products with different delivery times, your order will be shipped once all items are ready. The delivery time is based on the item with the longest shipping time.

I haven’t received a confirmation email – what should I do?

This can occasionally happen — for example, if your spam filter blocks the email.

Please first check your spam or junk mail folder to see if the confirmation email ended up there.

Didn’t find an email or need further assistance?

Feel free to contact our customer service — either via the chat button at the bottom right of the shop or by email.

Please include your full name and the items you ordered so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

I ordered the wrong size. Can I still change it afterwards?

No, unfortunately, changes are no longer possible once your order has been placed.

Please make sure to carefully check all details before completing your purchase.

Can I change my delivery address after completing my purchase?

If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation yet, feel free to contact us via the chat button or by email to request a change to your delivery address.

Please note, however, that we cannot guarantee your request will be processed in time.

Don’t forget to include your order number in your message so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Who should I contact in case of an incomplete delivery?

How does Click & Collect work?

You’ve found your favorite item in the shop, but don’t have enough time to have it delivered before the festival? No problem! With our Click & Collect option, you can place your order in advance and pick it up directly at the merch stand during the festival. Simply choose the "Click & Collect" option at checkout. We will prepare your order and bring it to the festival. Shortly before the festival, you will receive an email letting you know when your order is ready for pickup. You can then collect it at our Click & Collect stand on the Boulevard, Upper West Side district, by showing your order confirmation — without any shipping costs.

Shipping and Return

Which shipping methods are available?

Standard Shipping with DHL GoGreen: Delivery within 3-5 business days within Germany.

Click & Collect: Pickup on the festival grounds at the Boulevard, Upper West Side district. Look for the "Click & Collect" sign. This option is available both before and during the festival.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free for orders over 75,00€. For orders under 75,00€, the shipping cost is 5,90€ per order. A surcharge of 10,00€ applies for shipments to German islands.

International shipping:
Shipping costs for international deliveries are as follows:

Liechtenstein: €16.90

Switzerland: €16.90

Europe: €13.90

International: available upon request

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship within Europe, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein.

For deliveries outside these countries, please contact us directly. Shipping costs will be adjusted accordingly.

What are the delivery times?

Shipping usually takes 2–3 business days after the order has been handed over to DHL GoGreen.

During peak periods such as November and December or around public holidays, delivery times may be longer.

Please note: The processing time before shipping may be extended up to two weeks before and after the festival, which can delay the overall delivery time. We kindly ask for your understanding.

In total, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days from the time you receive your order confirmation.

Can I have my package delivered to a pickup station?

Yes, delivery to a DHL Packstation is possible, as our shipping partner is DHL. Please enter the appropriate information in the shipping address fields.

How are the items packaged?

In line with our sustainability efforts, we primarily pack our items in recycled polybags and use recycled cardboard boxes from DHL for shipping. Some items are also packaged without recycled polybags to further reduce the use of packaging materials. This helps us minimize the consumption of new materials and reduce the environmental impact of our packaging.

Can I track my orders?

You can easily track your order. Simply click on the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email we send you.

How can I return my order?

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. It is important that you send the items back no later than 14 days after the delivery date – the postmark date counts. Please ensure that the package is properly stamped and, if possible, use a tracking number so that you can follow the return shipment. You will bear the return shipping costs. You are only liable for any loss in value if it results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check their condition, characteristics, and functionality.

What is the return period?

14 days from the delivery of your order.

Can I return items from multiple orders together?

Yes, this is possible. Please mark the corresponding return reason on all return forms and include them along with the items from the different orders in one package. This way, we can correctly assign and process your return quickly.

Will I receive a confirmation when the return has been received?

You can easily track your return by entering the tracking number, which you will receive when you drop off the package at the DHL service point, into the DHL tracking system online. Once your return has been received and processed, we will notify you by email with an update on the status.

What happens to my gift voucher after the return?

The corresponding amount will be credited back to your gift voucher. You can continue to use the same voucher code for your next order.

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible. You would need to place a new order and return the unwanted item to us.

Payment

What payment methods are available?

We offer various payment methods, including credit card, PayPal, and direct bank transfer. Please choose the one that suits you best during checkout.

How can I get a copy of my invoice?

Please send us a request via the contact form, chat button, or by email.

How do I pay with a credit card?

Scroll down during checkout, select 'Credit Card' as your payment method, and enter the required information found on your credit card. Refunds will always be issued to the original payment method used.

How do I pay with PayPal?

Choose PayPal Express Checkout during checkout – this way, you don’t need to enter your address, as it will be automatically provided by PayPal. Alternatively, you can scroll down in the checkout, select PayPal, and enter the required information. Refunds will always be issued to the original payment method used.

Where do I enter my discount or voucher code?

In the checkout, you'll find a field on the right side where you can enter your voucher or discount code. Then, click on 'Apply' to activate the code.

NOTE: This voucher cannot be redeemed at the festival cash registers. Redemption is only possible in the online shop. Please select the "Click & Collect" option during the ordering process for picking up your order during the festival.

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as we have inspected your return in our warehouse, we will process the refund immediately. You will be notified via email about the status. The refund will always be issued to the original payment method used.

Products

Will the products be restocked if they are sold out?

Whether sold-out products will be restocked mostly depends on the individual items. We generally only stock a specific quantity for online and event sales. Restocks are made on a product-specific basis and are not planned far in advance. However, you can use the notification feature on the product pages to be informed when the item is available again. Due to returns, currently sold-out items may be available again within 1-2 weeks.

How do I find the right size?

Go to the product page of your desired item and scroll down to the 'Fit' section. There, you’ll find the measurements for our fit. Additionally, we always provide the sizes worn by our models and their heights to help you choose the right size.
