Shipping policy
Shipping within Germany
Shipping is free for orders over €75.00.
For orders below €75.00, shipping costs range between €5.90 and €8.90 per order.
The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the total package weight.
International Shipping
Shipping costs for international deliveries start at:

Switzerland: €26.95

Europe: €17.50

International: available upon request only
Please note that deliveries to countries outside the EU may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes. These costs must be paid by the recipient.
Click & Collect at the Festival
Shortly before the festival begins, you will be able to select “Click & Collect” as a shipping method during checkout. This option is free of charge.
After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation stating that your items will be prepared for pickup at the Click & Collect station at the festival.
Your order can be collected at the designated location at the festival by presenting your order number.
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery times are as follows:

Germany: 3–5 days

International: 5–7 days after conclusion of the contract (for advance payment, after your payment instruction has been issued).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together in one shipment, unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
Please note that orders placed separately within a short period of time cannot be combined into one shipment, as this is not supported by our system.
Customs Duties, Taxes and Fees for International Deliveries
For deliveries to countries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland or Liechtenstein), additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply.
These costs must be paid by the recipient and are charged by the customs authorities of the destination country. Please check with your local customs office in advance for possible charges.
