Exchange or returns at the festival are not possible, as we will be using a different system there.

You are obliged to return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within 14 days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Please return the items within 14 days of receiving your order. The deadline is met if you send the package before the 14-day period ends.

We recommend that you add sufficient postage and, if possible, use a tracking number so you can monitor the return shipment.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

You only have to pay for any loss in value if this is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
