We ship with DHL GoGreen. The standard delivery time within Germany is 2–3 business days. Please note that during peak periods such as holidays, special events, or product launches, delays may occur.
The stated delivery time applies from the day you receive our shipping confirmation via email. This email also includes your personal tracking link to follow your shipment.
Click & Collect:
If you select “Local Pickup” at checkout, you can collect your order during the festival at the merchandise store located in the Upper-West-Side district on the Boulevard.*
*A valid ticket for PAROOKAVILLE is required for pickup.
Return
You can return your online order to us within 14 days of receipt. You are responsible for the return costs. Returned products must fulfill the expected return conditions as described in our return conditions.
