Return shipment

You can return your online order within 14 days after receipt. The return shipping costs must be covered by yourself. Returned items must meet the expected return conditions. An exchange or return at the festival is not possible, as we operate with a different system.
We recommend sufficiently stamping the parcel and, if possible, using a tracking number so that you can track the return shipment. The return shipping costs are borne by you.
